Chinese Exercise Therapy

Traditional Chinese exercise represents a variety of, often gentle and low-impact, forms of therapeutic mind-body exercises & exercise systems derived from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Daoist practices and Martial Arts. It encompasses such practices and Arts as Taiji Quan (Tai Chi), Qi Gong, Nei Gong, Dao Yin, Meditation, Stretching, Breathing Exercises, "Chinese Yoga", and other exercise methods or systems.
